If you wish to return a product or exchange it for another one, you can do so within 30 days. However, you must first contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).


The following Shipping & Handling Terms apply:

Signature Requirement - Depending on a number of factors a signature to release the shipment may be required.

Exchange - Shipping & Handling will be charged when sending you an exchange.

Refund - Actual Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable when accepting back a product for refund/exchange. The Actual Shipping & Handling charge may be higher than our flat rate that was initially charged.

If you received Free shipping and handling and you are requesting a refund (full or partial), you will be charged the Actual Shipping & Handling charge.

Cost - Shipping & Handling costs to return any product(s) back to us are to be paid by Buyer.

Non-Acceptance - Actual Shipping & Handling is not refundable if: a) you mistakenly provide the wrong shipping address and the shipment is returned back to us; or b) for any reason you are not present to accept the shipment; you do not pick up the shipment from the shipping company by the due date; and it is returned back to us by the shipping company. Furthermore, you will ALSO be charged an extra fee of $10.00 - $35.00 (depending on weight & final destination for shipments that were sent via standard shipping) to cover the shipping & handling expenses for the "return" of the shipment to our facility (shipments that are sent other than via standard ground will incur additional charges).

Product Sent in Error - If in the very rare instance you are sent the wrong product by us (rest assured our quality control system is 99.99% effective - to avoid any mistakes orders are continuously re-checked for errors throughout the shipping process by our quality control team) we will pay for the Shipping costs when sending back the product to us. Errors must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.


To Return or Exchange any products, you must contact us with your Full Name, Order Number, Item Code Number(s) you wish to return/exchange, and whether it is a Return or Exchange that you wish to do. You will receive an email response with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). ONLY up to two (2) bottles of the same product SKU can be Returned/Exchanged! It is recommended that first-time customers start by ordering one bottle first to make sure the product works for them.

NOTE: Returns & Exchanges will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) written on the outside & inside of shipment box. Returned/exchanged merchandise must be returned within the time specified in the email containing the RA #. An RA# will not guarantee final disposition. All returned/exchanged merchandise will be inspected and cannot be marked in any manner and must be undamaged, sealed in original factory resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. A 25% restocking fee for all returns/exchanges will be applied.


All returned merchandise must be packed into a shipping box with adequate packing material and taped securely. Make sure to write the Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the outside of the shipping box and include in the box a copy of the return authorization email response that we send to you. Otherwise, it will be refused. No COD or Freight-Collect shipments will be accepted.


If you place an order and decide to cancel the order, it will be at our discretion to cancel the order, provided that: a) we have not yet charged your credit card/debit card, b) your order has not yet shipped, and c) we have not yet ordered your product from the vendor. A 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover our processing expenses.


If for any reason you dispute the charge on your credit card/debit card/PayPal statement without contacting us first to verify what the charge is for we will discontinue future business with your household. Furthermore, you will be charged a $35.00 processing fee.


Guarantee applies to U.S. Customers only. Does not apply to Resellers, Dealers or Volume Orders. Prices and availability are subject to change prior to shipment. If this occurs you will be notified via email or telephone and given the option to accept the new charges, cancel the order for the item(s) in question or cancel the entire order all together. We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

e-Coupons are good for one-time use only. Minimum order amounts exclude shipping & handling and applicable sales tax. Entire amount must be used on a single order. Balance cannot be carried over. We reserve the right to limit quantities. e-coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions. One (1) e-coupon per order. Void where prohibited by law. Important: promotional e-coupons can only be applied during checkout. When applicable, you must enter the e-coupon code when prompted and make sure to press the Promotional Code BUTTON in order to activate the discount as per the instructions. Neglecting to follow instructions will cause you to forfeit receiving any applicable discounts. We will not be able refund/credit you for any missed promotional discount once the order is placed.

The following applies to all types of payments (check/money order, credit card, wire-transfer, etc.): If for any reason your form of payment is declined and/or the proper information is not provided during checkout, as per our instructions, and the problem is not rectified within four (4) business days of the promotion expiration date you will be charged the new, post-promotion price (not the promotional price). We have up to 30 days to contact you with any discrepancies.

Discounted Pricing - from time to time we run special promotions/discounts on certain products. Discounted pricing does not apply to already placed orders.

Quantity Limits - certain products may have a quantity limit per household/location/affiliation for a number of reasons including, but not limited to: product allocation. In such cases, re-orders for the same product within a 30-day period (or longer) by the same household/location/affiliation may be voided. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
