If you forgot your login credentials:
If you forgot your password, on the Sign-in page simply click on the "Forgot your password?" link. You can expect a secure, two-step email process. First, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link you must click to authorize the password change. This step ensures that the request is genuinely from you. Once you confirm the action, a second email will be sent to your inbox, which contains a new, temporary password. Use this temporary password to Sign-in, and for security, we recommend that you visit your "My Account" section to change it to a new, strong password of your choice. Please remember to check your Spam or Junk folder if you don't receive these emails right away.

Yes, you can pay with a debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and you don't need a PayPal account. After you are redirected to the payment platform by clicking on the Payment icon button (), in addition to using a PayPal account, you will also have the option to use a debit/credit card by clicking on the designated "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button () located towards the bottom of the page.
