2.  How often should I take Vitalert® Energy Multi?

Answer: For optimal effect it is recommended that you take Vitalert Energy Multi on a daily basis.

3.  How many Vitalert® Energy Multi tablets should I take per day?

Answer: For optimal effect it is recommended that you take four (4) tablets per day.

4.  When should I take Vitalert® Energy Multi?

Answer:

a) Take all four (4) tablets at once, on a daily basis, in the morning with your breakfast (first meal); or

b) Take two (2) tablets, on a daily basis, in the morning with your breakfast (first meal) and take two (2) tablets, on a daily basis, in the afternoon with your lunch (second meal).

5.  Can I take Vitalert® Energy Multi on an Empty Stomach?

Answer: For optimal absorption it is best to take Vitalert Energy Multi with Food.

6.  How long will it take to feel the effect of Vitalert® Energy Multi?

Answer: Depending on the individual, the effect may be felt within hours, several days, one week, or several weeks, provided it is continuously taken on a daily basis.

7.  Does Vitalert® Energy Multi contain any ingredients that are known to cause Allergies?
